Termination

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or neoofficial.my. Customers may terminate this agreement at any time. However, neoofficial.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.

Shipping Terms & Conditions:

• We have both ready stock and pre-order items.
  Delivery time:
  Ready stock: 1-3 days for delivery
  Pre-order: 7-9 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  Worldwide shipping: 5~10 working days (Details via FAQ)
• All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects exceeding 3cm (Details via Refund&Exchange). Defect-related requests must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
• Exchanges will not be accepted due to personal preference (Details via Refund&Exchange). Color representation may vary across devices; any significant color differences will be stated in the product description where applicable.
• All sizes are measured by hand; a 1–3cm variance is considered normal. Please select your size based on the measurements provided in the description. Model measurements may differ from customers, and any size suggestions are for reference only. Final size selection is the customer’s responsibility.
• We strongly advise customers to check the parcel in front of the postman. Do not accept if there’s any missing item and contact us immediately. We will not be responsible if customers accept the parcel without checking.
